Be Prepared

The weather here can be unpredictable even in summer.

It is important, as with any outdoor activity, to dress appropriately against the elements so that you get the best out of the experience. Temperatures at sea are often 10 degrees colder than on land so we recommend warm clothing beneath a complete set of waterproofs for all our passengers.

Here is our guide on what to bring and what not to bring!

Bring :

  • Warm clothing

  • Waterproofs (We do have ponchos on board if you forget your waterproofs)

  • Warm shoes and socks. (Avoid high heels)

  • Camera & film (a must!)

  • Binoculars if you have them. (Available on board if you don’t have your own)

  • Sun glasses and sun cream, even if it is cold you'll catch a tan! The water reflects the U.V.'s

  • And finally a sense of adventure! Every trip is different even for the crew.

What not to bring :

  • Lots of baggage, please bring only what you need for the trip.

  • Pets (Not allowed on board, sorry)

  • Umbrellas - they just don't work on a boat!

Because of fire safety regulations, smoking is not permitted once on board.
