COVID-19 GUIDELINES

During the COVID-19 global pandemic we will be adhering to the guidelines and rules set out by the SCOTTISH Government. Every country of the UK is following a slightly different path with their 'anti-covid' measures, as we are in Scotland we will be following the SCOTTISH rules with no deviation regardless of if the rules are different in other parts of the UK. We refuse to risk the health of our staff members or customers.

  • We insist that face-coverings are worn within the Marine Wildlife Centre (only government approved exceptions allowed).

  • We insist that hand sanitiser is used prior to entry and that you refrain from touching surfaces and displays as much as possible.

  • If you are wearing gloves you will be asked to remove them... Gloves are more likely to spread the virus and good hand hygiene is better at preventing spread.

  • Face masks are not required on the boat, however please maintain at least 2 metre distance from other families and the skipper.

  • Please ensure you visit the toilet prior to your trip as we are unable to provide toilet facilities on the boat due to COVID-19.

In return for your compliance with our rules; we will ensure we clean and disinfect areas regularly to ensure chances of picking up the virus from your interaction with us is kept to a minimum.

THESE ARE WORRYING TIMES BUT BY WORKING TOGETHER WE CAN HELP PREVENT THE SPREAD OF THIS TERRIBLE VIRUS.

STAY SAFE. PROTECT OTHERS. SAVE LIVES
